This playlist is a journey through human emotions and perspectives. My theory is that there is a line of truth that the human brain can detect and latch onto. In particular, certain music that enables the brain to self heal and make connections that were previously unattainable. During this process, the brain is also capable of producing fuel for itself and connecting parts of the brain with their corresponding emotions. In the attempt of self healing, the participant must be willing to let go of control and allow the brain to attend to the wounds and trauma that have been collected and neglected from treatment throughout their life. The brain does not let go of the darkness that we hide, and the consequence of this can have an impact on an individual physically and emotionally.
As I have stated this is just a theory, I need people to listen to this playlist that is provided below to help me collect the emotional and or any type of response that may develop through listening. This playlist does not need to be listened to in any particular order and can be shuffled as the individual sees fit for themselves.
Before you begin, think of music as a large body of water, the louder the music the deeper you go. There is no light, and in the depths you lose yourself in a space that is safe. And in that safe space we get to dance with our inner self and finally connect our mind, body, and soul to the right connections of emotions that make up the human experience.
